The Organization Profile

This is the EDIT organization profile information page. Only one organization can be used on a site. To disable a profile, click the "Disable profile as primary" radio button.
 

The "Organization and Optional" emails are used for sending and recieving copies of emails.

The rest of the fields are as follows:

Set Primary Profile - This check is for determining which organization profile is active. When the profile is edited, the "primary" button should be checked before you save.
Organization Name - This is the name that will appear throughout the site.
Email Domain - This is the home domain for the system.
Short Name - This is an optional abbreviation of the organization name.
Contact Name - This is the name for the primary contact that will appear through the site.
Organization Email - This is the email address that will be copied on any correspondence from the mail system.
Optional Email - This is the email address that will be additionally copied on any correspondence from the mail system.
Address - This is the address of the organization.
Address2 - Optional secondary address.
City - City of organization
State - Home State of organization
Zip - Zipcode for Organization
Country - Country of Organization.
Phone - Phone number of organization
Renewal Amount - Renewal amount for system.
Day Camp Daily Fee - Daily rate for day camp.
Privacy Policy - Privacy policy for website
Terms of Use - TOF for website.
Legal - Legal Narrative for Website.
