User Login  Profiles

The login profiles use the email address and a user set password for authentication.  The access level can only be set from this panel. Only one instance of an email address can be used to login to the system.

Firstname, lastname, and email address are mandatory. A user login must be confirmed before the user can log in.

Controls

The Access Level control defaults to customer when a new login record has been created. The access levels are as folows:

Student - Restricted access to own profile information.
Parent - This is an elevated access level with the ability to create students and messages.
Adult - This level is designed for adult student and has an elevated access for instructors.
Admin - This is the highest level of access. This level is to access pages restricted to only the administratior from the admin directory.
