We are now offering Pee Wee Judo classes 3x a week. Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4:15pm and on Sundays at 11:45pm. Approximate ages for this class is 5 1/2 -7 years, however factors such as height, weight and ability will determine placement.
Children 3 1/2 -5 years can consider enrollment in Kokushikai Judo Academy's Tiny Tiger Program.
Older children have the opportunity to enroll in either the Childrens' Judo Classes (6-8 yrs) or the Youth Judo Classes (9-12 yrs)
Tiny Tiger classes are small special classes for students between the ages of 4 to 5 years of age. There is a maximum of 6 pre-registered students on the mat for 18 classes per semester. (classes meet twice per week)
Tiny Tigers are the best way to build your child's confidence and judo skills while improving physical ability and discipline in a small group setting.

Our Youth Judo Class emphasizes safety and respect for others while being fun as well. Beginner judokas will learn to fall safely, as well as master the fundamentals of basic judo (throwing and pinning; there are no kicks or punching) and can eventually earn belt ranks. Just wear long sleeve sweats tops and bottoms.
Teen classes are open to Ages 12 to 14, and Adult classes are open to students 14 yrs and above. There is no upper limit on age. We welcome men and women of all ages and levels.
Crash mats are used regularly for low impact throwing practice.
We are proud to have a broad cross section of players who train together regularly and support each other’s development. There is a strong emphasis on mutually beneficial training and care for training partners.
